1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Gizmo Gifts, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Gift Card Purchases
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided by the purchaser.
3. Validity & Expiry
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or refunded. We recommend using your gift card promptly.
4. Prohibited Uses
Gift cards may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Reselling gift cards without authorization is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gizmo Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our gift cards or services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
